The Jumper (2004)

A suicidal woman is waiting to jump from the top of a high building, when she is interrupted by Brian, who’s there to collect the weather reports. As she talks to Brian, she was second thoughts about killing herself, but it soon becomes obvious that Brian has no soul and that he stands to benefit from her death.
