The gang venture up the Mekong Delta through small tributaries and experience the Vietnamese people lives along the Delta. Emma tries her hand at making rice paper and popped rice lollies while Michael Angelakis catches an Elephant ear fish. Michael Keelan takes a luxurious ride on a restored old rice transporter and ends up cooking traditional Vietnamese spring rolls with a local chef.
